A Board of Directors governs the synagogue. The Board is comprised of a president, vice-presidents, secretary, treasurer and several at-large members. Our standing committees organize programs and events. Currently we have committees that plan for childhood and adult education, ritual, publicity, fundraising, membership, social activities, Sisterhood and space/facilities. We also have a monthly newsletter and an active liaison with the entire West Chester religious community. All members are welcome to attend the monthly board meetings and are encouraged to serve on the standing committees. Such participation ensures a diversity of input and experience in all Temple activities.
