BETH CHAIM IS PRICELESS

Here’s why…

Sababa means cool.

At Beth Chaim, we actually “do” cool - we teach/discuss taboo subjects out in the world that directly impact our Jewish values. Especially with our teens. Banned books are in direct opposition to our collective Jewish values worldview.

We bring those kinds of topics into the light and discuss them with our students/families. By doing this, we push back to create the kind of world that we want to live in.

Kind, empathetic, thoughtful, proud, and cool.

What Makes Sababa School at Beth Chaim Different?

  • Inspiring teachers that deserve respect and get it.

  • One day per week class PLUS twice a month B Mitzvah class for our 6th and 7th grade students.

  • Zoom mid-week Hebrew class to boost Hebrew skills in our students.

  • Relevant learning. How do we “do” Jewish today?

  • We enjoy high teen retention. Our students enjoy learning and being in a community.

  • Experiential learning.

  • Social-emotional learning.

  • The Mensch2Mensch program pairs school students with adults from our community to pray, learn, discuss, eat, ponder, celebrate, and hold each other up.
